If you are an existing user of the UK Parks infrastructure, which is run by HARPA, then we are able to turn on automatic publishing of your home sales listings.
Warning
At the point of writing, the UK Parks infrastructure is only able to receive holiday caravan for sale listings for the caravan4you website. This means that lodges, chalets, and residential homes cannot be published. This would be possible from our perspective if this is ever evolved on their infrastructure.
Publishing Controls
On each home for sale record in your holidaymaker CMS, you can find the ‘Channel Manager’ field group. If you have the Caravan4You channel manager enabled, this will include a tab for ‘UK Parks / HARPA‘.
This tab includes a single switch box:
Hide from UKParks feed?
This switch is set to ‘Include’ by default (Off Position). If you turn to Exclude (On Position) then this record will NOT be included in the UKParks feed.
Note: Any home records that are marked as sold will automatically be excluded in the feed in the same way.
Publishing Automation
When you save a home sales record in the Holidaymaker CMS, then your homes will be marked as ‘needed to be synchronised’ with UK Parks. This will then happen in the background in the next homes sales request cycle from your Holidaymaker web surface. This could be between 1-10 minutes, depending how many tasks your Holidaymaker service works through.
- All homes get published (or deleted) from UK Parks in a single feed
- This feed will get sent in the background once you have added, edited, or removed a home
- This means batches of changes will get actioned at once
- Homes will not be removed instantly from UK Parks
Publishing Setup
The UK Parks feed needs to be setup between both the admins of the caravan4you website and the Holidaymaker implementations team. For each location you assign to your homes for sale (typically parks) we require:
- UK Parks Key (eg ‘parkname’)
- Park Name
- Park Address, and Lat/Lng co-ordinates
- Contact phone and email for enquiries
- List of park facilities for this location

Valid facilities which are supported by UK Parks are as follows: Bottled Gas, Close To Beach, Close To Pub, Clubs/Bars On Park, Customer Wifi, Cycle Hire, Dogs Allowed, Drainage For Tourers, Electricity For Tourers, Fishing, Food Sold, Games Rooms, Golf, Gym, Indoor Pool, Laundry, Licensed, Motor Homes, Outdoor Pool, Play Areas, Public Phones, Seasonal Tourer, Shop, Tennis, Tents, Tourer Storage, Touring Caravans, Water Hookups For Tourers
Data and Conditions
In the following circumstances a home for sale will NOT be published:
- Home is marked as SOLD
- Home does not have a price above 0 (eg set to POA or TBC)
- Home does not have a valid location set to it (either HM GroupSite, or a HHS Location depending on your setup)
The following data on your homes for sale is sent:
- ID (For indexing and housekeeping)
- Title and Main Content
- Override email or phone are used if set instead of defaults
- Featured flag
- Bedrooms Count (text stripped and just number sent)
- Condition (eg new/pre-owned etc)
- Size
- Manufacturer (referred to as ‘Make’ on UK Parks)
- Year of Manufacture
- Price (and Sale Price if set)
- Main Image and Gallery Images
Release
The following data is only sent in HM Core version 2026.9.1 and above
- Bathrooms Count (text stripped and just number sent)
- Fees Included Flag
- Fees cost, Fees Label, and Fees include VAT flag
- Fees extra information
- Energy Band and Energy attachment or external link
- Tenure Name, Length, Expiry, and Brief terms (with further reading link)
- Is holiday home only flag
- Council tax band and more information url (if residential)
- Season length for holiday homes, or lease/tenure information for residential
- Are images CGI / AI flag
