What the feature does
When a guest is on-site at a park, the app can connect their phone straight to the park’s WiFi network without them needing to type in a network name or password. This shows up as a “WiFi” alert somewhere in the app (for example, on a place page or their dashboard page) — tapping it opens a WiFi connect screen.
Where the WiFi details come from
Each park’s WiFi network name (SSID) and password are stored centrally as part of that alerts — the same system used for other on-site notices. Whoever manages the content sets the WiFi details once, and every guest’s app picks them up automatically the next time it syncs. There’s no per-guest setup on the park’s end — one update covers everyone.
Because this is shared config, if the WiFi password changes at a park, it needs to be updated in that central alert content — the app itself doesn’t store a separate password anywhere.
