WiFi Connect Help

Updating WiFi details for a park

WiFi name and password are part of that park’s alert content, managed centrally (not something support staff edit directly in the app). If a guest reports the wrong password, log it so the content team can update the park’s WiFi alert — once updated, guests will get the new details the next time their app refreshes.

    Troubleshooting checklist

    1. Confirm the guest can see a WiFi alert at all — if not, check they’re on the correct page (place or home page for their specific pitch/lodge).
    2. Ask which option they tried — one-tap connect or QR code — and try the other as a fallback.
    3. On Android, check whether they’ve been prompted for or denied the “Nearby devices” permission.
    4. If “network not found” or “incorrect password” persists across multiple guests, treat it as a park-side WiFi/config issue rather than a guest device problem, and escalate to get the alert content checked.
    5. As a last resort, the guest can always connect manually via their phone’s own WiFi settings using the SSID and password shown on the app’s WiFi screen.
